Last updated August 2026. These terms govern website usage, service engagements, and client commitments.
1. Scope of Services
Real SEO provides search engine optimization, content strategy, Google Business Profile management, technical audit remediation, and link acquisition services for real estate agents, brokerages, and property developers. Deliverables, keyword targets, and monthly asset volumes are specified in your agreed tier or custom proposal.
2. Performance Disclaimer & Search Engine Rules
Search engines operate on proprietary algorithms beyond any agency's direct control. While we adhere strictly to white-hat guidelines and proven data-backed methodologies, Real SEO guarantees the execution of agreed scope, transparency of work logs, and rank reporting—not specific position outcomes or exact traffic figures.
3. Billing & Payment Terms
Monthly retainer plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle. Discounted annual plans are billed monthly under a 12-month service agreement. Services may be paused if invoice payments are past due by more than 15 calendar days.
4. Cancellation & Notice Period
After the initial 90-day onboarding and campaign ramp period, month-to-month service plans may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice to your account executive. Delivered content, strategy audits, and work completed up to the cancellation date are non-refundable.
5. Client Responsibilities & Site Access
To deliver effective campaign execution, clients agree to provide necessary web admin access, Google Search Console permissions, and IDX provider credentials in a timely manner. Clients remain responsible for maintaining active website hosting and MLS data feed compliance.
6. Intellectual Property & Deliverables Ownership
Upon payment of all applicable fees, you retain 100% ownership of all published copy, community landing pages, graphics, and custom website optimizations created for your campaign. Real SEO retains ownership of internal software tools, proprietary audit scripts, and agency templates.
